Birthdays, Baptism, Blessings, Visitors, Easter, Accidents...

Whooooooeeeeee!  It has been a very fast couple of weeks!  I am sorry that it has taken so long to post.  This is going to mainly be pictures because we have so many!  These last couple of weeks have had so much going on.  From birthdays (Jake and Ryan and there is probably more), to Hayden's baptism, to London's Eagle Court of Honor, to the triplets blessings, to what seemed like hundreds of visitors (which was awesome!), to Easter, followed by family portraits, then to Lukey's new look.  I'm sure there was something that was missed in there.  So, without further adew (I don't know how to spell adew--I went to UVSC) I give you lots, and lots of pictures

Luke's Accident:
He was jumping on the trampoline with his brothers, and like they always do they were wrestling, jump kicking, punching, etc.  He just got unlucky and slammed his face into the back of Cooper's head.  Those who know Cooper know that he has the hardest head known to mankind and Lukey definitely got the worst end of that deal.  Luckily I work for a pediatric dental company and they were able to get Luke in pretty quick and get him all taken care of (thanks Dr. Rowan!).  Also, Emily found it very lucky that we took family pictures the day before this happened.  He will be toothless for at least a year, maybe two poor kid!

FAMILY PICTURES:
My sister Shalie took these pictures.  She did such an amazing job!  We were SO pleased with how they turned out.  Thank you Shalie!  You are the best!

All Smiles...Not!

Here they are! Bennett at top, Anderson on left, and Taya on right
Today the little rugrats are 10 days shy of 3 months old.  I can't believe how fast the time has gone!  This is going to be mostly pictures since I know that's what people want to see.  The babies are doing really well...for the most part.  They do have their moments, Taya has earned the nickname "The Diva", she is great for about 15 minutes after she finishes her bottle then it is all downhill until she is asleep.  Bennett is getting super chunky (compared to what he was), and he is just chill...for the most part.  Anderson has become really fussy as of late, it is hard to console him, unless he is sleeping, he is a super smiley guy though.  They have all laughed a little bit, hopefully soon we will be able to get them laughing on camera and put it up here.  Enjoy the pics:

The reason Bennett is happy now.  This bad boy (about 1" in length, 1/4" wide) came out of his nose one morning.  It is bigger than his nostril!

The following picture needs a story told.  Luke got mad at us one night because we got mad at him and Ethan for dumping the entire new bottle of baby soap in the bathtub.  He got so mad at us that he decided it was a good idea to go pee in the middle of their bedroom floor and blame it on Ethan!  He told us that Ethan peed in the middle of the floor and he had peed by the wall.  Well, the area around the wall was completely dry and after a couple of minutes the culprit came clean and told us he did it and Ethan didn't do any pee.  Oh, Lukey!  What a character.

2 Month Shots

First time going to church Feb 24, 2013

After church March 3, just hanging out!
When I got home from work today, I asked Emily how her day was.  She replied, "How do you think? I had to take 3 babies in to the doctor for their 2 month check up which included several shots each, which not one of the three liked, they screamed through it."  I guess that translates into, "it was a rough morning".  It is times like these that I wish that I could be there to help her out.  I know that it sucks taking all 3 of the babies anywhere outside of the house because you have to add at least 10 minutes to your getting ready time, and that is just getting them in their carseats and in the car, that doesn't count getting them dressed ready for the day!  It is a very rough process.

Anderson's favorite spot in the world, between the couch cushions sitting up!
All 3 of them are doing fantastically!  Taya is at 9.11, Bennett is 10.15, and Anderson is at 11.15.  All three of them are getting pretty solid!  Anderson still takes the cake, in fact it would appear that he didn't leave much of the cake for his siblings! This is about the extent of their progression, they have been reacting a lot more to us which makes it more fun, I still haven't been able to capture it on camera yet.  Speaking of cameras, we found our video camera and decided to see if it still works...it does!  The last time we used it was Easter of 2009!  It was kinda fun to go back and see some of the video we took, some of it we wonder why we took so much, especially some of our murder mystery dinners, but it was a lot of fun.

Tummy Time
We have been having so much fun lately, it is fun to get the kids out a little bit.  It does get a little embarrassing when strangers ask if we are the ones that they saw on TV.  I don't know how many other people there are that have 6 kids age 6 and under that have a commercial, so that pretty much narrows it down to us I guess.  We have yet to see it on TV, at the movie theater, in the newspaper, and anywhere else that it might be lurking.  My apologies out there to all those that have seen it, because once you see it you can't avoid it apparently.  My brother-in-law Jim said he saw it for the first time the other day, and then he saw it like 20 other times in about an hour span.

Aunt Dagmar came to visit for a couple of days last weekend, the kids had such a blast with her.  She is so much fun!  I still don't know why, but she slept in the same room as the triplets and woke up with them to feed them, she even had Cooper join her one night.  One night when we were putting the babies down for the night, Cooper was spread eagle on the bed with his hands in Dagmar's face...what a trooper!  Thanks Dagmar for the great weekend!
What a trooper! With Anderson, I don't think he liked the hat!
Uncle Jake and Aunt Stephanie have been coming by a lot lately too, that has been great!  We love to have them around, they are a lot of fun and the kids love their Uncle Jake!  Stephanie will just drop by when she is on this side of town and help Emily with the babies, she is such a sweetheart, Emily is SO grateful for that time because she loves to spend time with Stephanie.
